Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings unless the item has a manufacturing fault. Please take the time to choose carefully to ensure you love your earrings.

We endeavour to provide as much information about each individual earring style as possible on our website to help you make the right choice.  Should you have any queries before purchasing please get in touch with us. 

Missana earrings have a one year warranty effective from the date of purchase covering manufacturing faults.

Our earrings are individually checked for quality before being sent out. However in the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, please advise us within 7 days of receipt of your earrings by contacting us at admin@missana.au
